Vast Evolve Sdn Bhd (VESB), formerly known as AAY Environment Solutions Sdn Bhd (AAYESSB), was established on September 9th 2014. We had obtained the approved license by the Department of Environment Malaysia (DOE). VESB is registered as a bumiputera status company with the Ministry of Finance (MOF). We are a licensed vendor to PETRONAS for its downstream procurement. The company has a complete up-to-date set-up in Refinery & Recovery Plant and Waste Water Treatment that provide sustainability services. Our facility is located at PLO 582, Jalan MIEL 2, Kawasan Perindustrian MIEL, 81700 Pasir Gudang, Johor.

In addition, VESB has also involved in innovative scheduled waste management focused on producing an ecological oil refinery product as an optional fuel for industrial use. We are committed to revolutionizing our business to better serve the world we live in by constantly ensuring maximized resources value and reduced environmental impacts. We use our newest technology in treating scheduled waste to create high-value products with the support of our highly trained staff who are qualified to provide effective, safe and efficient solutions for your scheduled waste management needs. CONSULTATION SERVICES

  • Our Consultation Services covers advisory on operational activities that has been underlined by DOE such as sampling for schedule waste code, cleaning, packaging and labelling.
  • Process and Flow of disposal will be covered in the consultation services as well.

COLLECTION & DISPOSAL OF SCHEDULED WASTE

  • Our collection and disposal team is certified, qualified and well trained in handling collection and disposal of scheduled waste – NAIOSH
  • We have the capacity and capabilities to collect using various transportation means which covers from shipping wharf, storage tank, spillage area, intermediate tank, interceptor and environmental cleaning.

RECOVERY & REFINERY

We have invested extensively in our infrastructure to produce oil re-refined products from the collected schedule waste as well as wastewater treatment.

LABORATORY & ANALYTICAL SERVICES

  • Scientific & technological research, experiments, and measurements for schedule waste and water waste.
  • Certified, qualified and well-trained chemists analyze, understand, process and recommend the necessary protocols required to handle all types of waste material from collection to transportation, treatment and recovery.
